How do I check my Billing information and my account entitlements?

  • You have complete transparency to your Billing plan, entitlements and subscription information;
  • You have the flexibility to choose from different plans in a Monthly subscription;

  2. Click Billing 
  3. You will be able to access all the required information.

How do you charge me?

  • Our payment links are safe and secured;
  • The payments are processed via Stripe (https://stripe.com/en-sg/about).

Can I Upgrade/Downgrade from an active subscription?

  • The answer is Yes
  • You have the flexibility to switch through the monthly plans;
  • You can Upgrade, Downgrade or even Cancel an active subscription.

Can I cancel from an active Annual or a Lifetime subscription?

Yes, you can cancel from an active Annual or a Lifetime subscription. However the stipulated time to cancel an Annual or the Lifetime subscription is within 30 days of subscription.
