Sharing and Scoring Candidate Profiles

Sharing resumes is the most common practice in the business environment; However we choose to add life to a candidates application by sharing a digital profile.
- Digital profiles consist of the candidates Resume, LinkedIn, Video response, AI scores;
- Digital profiles allow stake holders to give their ratings and feedback too.
How to Share candidates?
2 ways to share candidates:
1. Share candidates from application list
2. Share Shortlisted candidates
Share Candidates from Application list:
- Select the candidates from the list by clicking the check box individually or clicking the All check box on top;
- Click on Share selected candidates icon;
- Enter the Email address of the person you would like to share the candidates with, and hit enter (You can enter multiple email IDs).
Share Shortlisted candidates from the dashboard:
- Shortlist the candidates that you find relevant to proceed;
- Click on Share shortlist;
- Enter the Email address of the person you would like to share the candidates with, and hit enter (You can enter multiple email IDs).
