Inviting Candidates

In order to invite candidates you can follow the steps:

• Candidates can be invited via sharing the interview link;
  
• You can also add candidates by importing a CSV (Excel) file, Copy pasting the candidate information or manually adding candidates;
  

• Once you add the candidate details;
  
• Check the box for the candidates you would like to invite;
  
• Click on Preview email at the bottom of the page after selecting the candidates;
  

• You can edit the email template to suit your business needs;
  
• Once you send email, candidate will be invited to the interview;
  
• We will send two more reminders after 24 and 48 hours respectively, if the candidate doesn't take action on the first email.
