- Our platform can be accessed on a computer or mobile, preferrably computer for a better experience;
- Browsers we support are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox. That being said candidates can use Internet Explorer, MS Edge, Safari however if they do not have latest version, it may cause hindrance in the process;
- Its very important that candidate conducts the interview in a stable network environment, interview may not be successfully submited in case of fluctuating network connection;
- We have made provision for candidate to submit interview even if his network drops off, however candidate need to wait until the network connects,
- Resume file can be uploaded in PDF/Word, if the file is corrupted then they may get an error in uploading or the Resume Score will not be updated;
- In order to upload the file, candidate will have to give permission to access folder;
- Allowing Camera and Microphone is important step before beginning the assessment, if candidate has restrictions then the Video recording will not proceed;
- Candidates need to enter Mobile number in required format “+"(CountryCode) (Mobile Number) +11234512345, if the number format is incorrect the candidate will see a red flag and will not be able to proceed;
- If the email ID is incorrect it will also show a red flag and candidate will not be able to proceed;
- Candidate needs to accept Terms & Conditions before proceeding to comply with PDPA and GDPR compliance;
- If you have not allowed or activated “Retake Interview” option, then the link is One-Time access only, if candidate drops off or was unable to submit, you can choose to delete the candidate and reissue a fresh link;
- If the candidate claims he is unable to proceed or submit the interview, advise for a full screenshot and send to [email protected] for us to investigate.
